Mirna
Germany| 2012 | Documentary | 80 min | Digibeta 16:9
For the first time since the beginning of the civil war in the 90s, two antagonistic friends from Serbia go on a trip to Croatia. While one wants to find a workbench that his grandfather built out of stones during his time as a political prisoner in socialist Yugoslavia, the other hopes to find the woman who he still calls his greatest love and shapes his everyday life, even though he has had nothing since the outbreak of the war belonged to her. MIRNA is a tragicomic road movie about love, the irreversibility of time and the feeling of friendship.
